Information for copyright holders and their agents
If you hold the copyright to material hosted by The Arch Project (or if you are the agent of a person or organisation that does), please contact us with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including the URLs at which such work or works can be found on the site.
- How to contact you (e.g. an address, telephone number, etc.)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- An electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
